Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your hoodie dress, but if the fit isn't perfect, you can return or exchange any unworn item within 30 days of delivery. All returned garments must be in their original condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your hoodie dress.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep the tracking receipt for your records.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse inspects the returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
